Updates

Welcome to RugbyFEST 2012!

Update Dec 2011: The 2012 event has now been postponed. To all of the spectators, participants, and suppliers keen to take part - apologies for any inconvenience. We will be back in 2013 but in the meantime, please keep in touch at the Bond Pirates website for all your local rugby information. Thank you.

RugbyFEST - formerly known as Rugby on Waitangi Day - is the traditional beginning to rugby season on the Gold Coast. The event serves as a fantastic opportunity to not only celebrate a significant day in the history of New Zealand, but also doubles as a fundraiser for junior rugby in the local area.

Held annually on the Waitangi Day weekend - RugbyFEST looks to celebrate the friendships of the Maori people and coming together of all cultures in everyday life. There will be entertainment both on and off the field, cultural performances, and activities for kids of all ages.

Held at Pizzey Park, Miami on the Gold Coast, this event has grown massively year on year. Keep an eye out on updates for Rugbyfest by following our facebook page.
